The staff provided exceptional service, organizing a private car for us to explore nearby attractions and offering free tea and coffee on demand. While the location was convenient, the room had a persistent damp smell, making it uncomfortable. Even though it served its purpose for a short stay, we struggled to keep our clothes dry due to the weather, which affected our overall experience. However, having fresh fruits available was a delightful touch.

We had a wonderful time at the hotel with our grandkids! The staff assisted us in arranging a private car to explore some nearby attractions, making our family outings stress-free. The kids especially enjoyed the complimentary tea and coffee available throughout our stay.

My wife says that the air conditioning wasn't very effective, making it hard to sleep comfortably.

Clean, cozy room with comfy bed and good hot water pressure. Staff were super friendly & arranged our bike rental, which made exploring so easy! Great location near delicious eateries in a quiet alley.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
